• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products; knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; ability to influence and interact with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfort navigating risk management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 80-100 business clients with >$5M revenue and up to $15M credit opportunities.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and exceptional client experience.
• Proactively identify and promote solutions to meet client needs while managing risk.
• Conduct in-person or virtual calls to deepen primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to align personal financial solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Uphold risk management and regulatory compliance.
