Job summary

IPolarity is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant - TPRM to lead CBRA to ServiceNow TPRM migration for AIG. The role requires guiding discovery and future-state design, coordinating a distributed onshore/offshore team, and ensuring alignment with SAFe delivery practices.

The engagement features a 28-week program with discovery through go-live and hypercare, and a hybrid Agile approach. Collaboration with risk SME stakeholders and PMs is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading third-party risk management processes (risk tiering, due diligence, assessments, issues and remediation).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow TPRM modules and IRM workflows; Questionnaire Designer, Flow Designer, Vendor Risk Workspace, vendor portal.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state discovery of CBRA risk assessment process (category/country-driven questionnaires, risk rating logic, parallel due diligence tracks).
• Facilitate third-party risk workshops with business and risk SMEs; define future-state processes aligned to ServiceNow TPRM out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Own requirements traceability, backlog definition and user story elaboration; drive design decisions and approvals.
• Lead business validation, support UAT with named business users, and ensure delivered configuration meets the agreed requirements.

Onsite - NY or Jersey City, NJ - Remote acceptable for the right candidate

Mon-Fri, 40 hrs/week ; US business hours with overlap to offshore team

• 1. Third-party / vendor risk management process expertise (risk tiering, due diligence, assessments, issues and remediation)

Engagement: AIG - migration of the legacy third-party risk assessment application (CBRA) to ServiceNow TPRM. 28-week, 7-phase program (discovery through go-live and 4-week hypercare), Hybrid Agile aligned to AIG's SAFe delivery model.

Team: Approx. 11-person distributed onshore/offshore team (solution architecture, business process, risk advisory, PM, TPRM and AI technical consultants, QA, OCM).

Key deliverables: Current-state and future-state process maps, requirements traceability matrix, prioritized backlog, design decision log and business validation / UAT support.
