Job summary

BRMi seeks a TPRM Manager to support a large financial services client in a hybrid work environment in Vienna VA. You will design, test, implement, document, and continuously enhance Third-Party Risk Management workflows within ServiceNow, aligning with risk methodology and operating model objectives.

Responsibilities include configuring and testing ServiceNow workflows, conducting UAT, developing process docs and training materials, and partnering with Procurement, Information Security,

Qualifications

• Assist in configuring and testing ServiceNow workflow changes to support evolving TPRM processes, controls, and business requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), document results, and coordinate issue resolution to ensure successful deployment of workflow enhancements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, business requirements, desktop job aids, and training materials related to ServiceNow TPRM functionality.
• Support the translation of TPRM methodology and process requirements into scalable, automated workflows within ServiceNow.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual activities through workflow automation, improved routing, system controls, and enhanced user experience.
• Monitor workflow performance and user feedback, documenting enhancement opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and process consistency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Information Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Technology, to support end-to-end TPRM workflow integration.
• Assist with data validation, reporting requirements,metrics,and workflow governance activities to support program oversight and continuous improvement.

BRMi is seeking a TPRM Manager to support a large financial services client in a hybrid work environment in Vienna VA.

Seeking a dedicated resource to support the design, testing, implementation, documentation, and continuous enhancement of ThirdPartyRiskManagement (TPRM)workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements, risk methodology, and future-state operating model objectives.

Salary: $104-116K

Hybrid in Vienna VA 3 days per week.
