Job summary

TechDigital Group in New Jersey is seeking a TPRM BPC (Business Process Consultant) to lead current-state discovery and future-state design for moving CBRA risk assessments to ServiceNow TPRM. Hybrid delivery, cross-functional team.

You will own requirements traceability, facilitate workshops with risk SMEs, define backlog, and support UAT to ensure the configuration meets agreed needs.

Qualifications

• Lead current-state discovery of the CBRA risk assessment process.
• Facilitate third-party risk workshops; define future-state processes aligned to ServiceNow TPRM out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Own requirements traceability, backlog definition and user story elaboration; drive design decisions and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead business validation, support UAT with named Client business users, and ensure delivered configuration meets the agreed requirements.
• Lead current-state discovery of the CBRA risk assessment process to align with ServiceNow TPRM capabilities.
• Own design decisions and approvals; drive backlog and traceability.
