Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced ServiceNow TPRM Technical Architect to support a financial services client in the US. The role is remote with US West Coast business hours and requires strong design and implementation skills in ServiceNow TPRM.

You will lead the solution design, translate regulatory requirements into scalable solutions, and oversee integrations with third-party systems while guiding delivery teams through the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow TPRM.
• Proven ServiceNow TPRM, IRM, VRM or GRC delivery.
• Understanding of third-party risk, vendor governance and compliance processes.
• Experience designing complex ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience operating at Technical Architect or Lead Consultant level.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Previous experience within financial services or another highly regulated environment.

Remote, Must be comfortable working US (West Coast) Business Hours.

This role will focus on the design and implementation of ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective risk and compliance processes.
