Job summary

ITC Digital Solutions is seeking a Lead Business Process Engineer to support U.S. Federal Government clients. You will guide enterprise business operations, information systems, and organizational transformation initiatives, serving as a SME across multiple projects and mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes independent leadership, strategic planning, and technical direction, with a focus on improving performance and reducing risk across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, MIS or related discipline.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in business process re-engineering (BPR), process modeling, operational analysis, or continuous process improvement.
• Must possess an active U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Experience leading complex business process analysis, transformation, and technology modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business process analysis, re-engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze current-state operations, workflows, information systems, and processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Develop future-state process models and implementation strategies to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Plan and oversee activities involving information systems, systems analysis, and organizational transformation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to capture and prioritize requirements.
• Develop KPIs and measurement methodologies to evaluate improvements.
• Create and standardize SOPs, governance artifacts, and business rules.
• Build financial models, cost estimates, and business cases to support decisions.
• Provide consulting on information systems, automation, and modernization initiatives.
• Translate requirements to functional specs for system enhancements.
• Lead large-scale technology and business improvement projects.
