Job summary

ITC Digital Solutions in the United States is seeking a Lead Business Process Engineer to drive expert-level analysis, strategic planning, and technical leadership for federal enterprise operations and transformation initiatives.

You will lead process improvement efforts, document current and future-state models, and coordinate with systems engineers and stakeholders to deliver measurable performance gains and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, MIS, or related discipline.
• Eight (8) years of professional experience in BPM, process modeling, operational analysis, or CPI.
• Must possess an active U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Experience leading complex business process analysis and technology modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of information systems, systems analysis, and project management principles.
• Experience with financial analysis, cost estimation, and business case development.
• Ability to evaluate requirements, assess risks, and develop strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead major assignments with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business process analysis, re-engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze and document current-state operations, workflows, and information systems to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Develop future-state process models and implementation strategies to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Plan and oversee information systems, analysis, modernization, and transformation efforts.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to capture and prioritize requirements.
• Assess risks and constraints to support informed decision-making.
• Establish KPIs and measurement methodologies to quantify improvements.
• Develop process governance artifacts and SOPs to standardize operations.
• Build financial models and cost-reduction strategies for program planning.
• Provide consulting on information systems, automation, and implementation approaches.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs for engineers.
