• 6+ years in problem solving and optimizing processes.
• 6+ years in advanced professional communication across levels.
• LEAN/Six Sigma certification or training is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross‑functional collaboration across a large organization.
• Ability to work in a high‑profile, high‑pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department leadership to develop and implement transformational initiatives.
• Identify IT process improvement opportunities and resolve bottlenecks.
• Lead reviews of processes, SOPs, risk profiles, and SLAs to boost efficiency.
• Prepare and present business cases, findings, benefits, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Track departmental priorities and support staff with work plans.
• Provide hands‑on support for large IT programs and transformation activities.
• Design and implement scorecards for productivity, service levels, quality, risk, and costs.
• Support organizational change management activities.
