Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, public administration, organizational development, economics, finance, data analytics, information systems, industrial engineering, human capital management, or related field.
• Strong business analysis, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret program, operational, policy, workforce, financial, and performance information.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise executives on strategic initiatives, organizational performance, operational risks, resource allocation, and transformation priorities.
• Assess current structures, processes, governance, internal controls, and performance-management practices.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative information to identify trends, gaps, redundancies, and risks.
• Develop actionable recommendations, roadmaps, business cases, and transformation strategies.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable initiatives, milestones, and reporting requirements.
