Job summary

Qualifications

• Captures and maps business processes, identifies gaps, and redesigns/testing processes.
• Creates user documentation with strong technical and functional writing.
• Manages customer/stakeholder relationships to enable collaboration across teams.
• Understands technical and functional system requirements.
• Leads business process improvement initiatives and applies systems engineering practices.
• Experienced with change management in consulting contexts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate ideas effectively and develop solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in Federal Government environments.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of BP transformation strategies and support implementations.
• Establish documents and work aids to institutionalize quality processes.
• Develop SOP documentation for new and existing system functionality.
• Track and monitor effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust to meet objectives.
• Develop deep understanding of system enhancements and communicate knowledge to the team.
