Responsibilities

• Analyze traditional business processes and the capabilities of the Pacific Life technology stack to solve problems.
• Develop and implement processes designed to scale toward a $1B business.
• Advocate for business needs and explain why tech decisions are made.
• Stay current on digital technologies and recommend implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems and processes.
• Develop and implement testing plans for new processes and tools.
• Monitor and measure the success of digital transformations and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet needs.
• Plan work with Architects to understand enabler-related tasks.
