Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis or similar analytical role
• Strong experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or related platforms
• Experience leading analysis for complex cross-functional enterprise initiatives
• Strong process analysis, requirements gathering, systems analysis, and documentation skills
• Experience analyzing system integrations, data flows, and business rules
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management with senior leaders
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, discovery, and documentation for complex enterprise initiatives
• Support ECM initiatives, including analysis of content/document processes, workflows, business rules, system requirements, and integrations
• Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop clear business, functional, process, and system requirements
• Analyze data structures, system flows, integrations, and technical constraints to support decisions
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business, technical, product, and executive stakeholders
• Identify and communicate assumptions, dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and downstream impacts
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate potential solutions and vendors based on business needs
• Ensure requirements and analysis deliverables are implementation-ready and aligned with business objectives
• Support solution validation and testing to ensure key requirements are addressed
• Mentor and provide guidance to other Business Analysts as needed
