The successful candidate will have a business or related degree, knowledge of Agile methods, and experience with insurance concepts, SQL, and requirements writing. Hybrid role requiring 50% in-office work in Omaha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Insurance coverages and rating schemes and insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Participate and collaborate on an Agile development team.
• Understand the overall business flow by working with Product Owners, SMEs, and business teams.
• Define improvements to business processes and products.
• Assist decision-makers in gathering information to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and QA to define and write detailed testable requirements.
