Pacific Life is seeking a Sr Business Analyst for Product Portfolio Management & Governance to join our Product Development team in Omaha, NE, or Newport Beach, CA. You will support governance, portfolio management, and execution of initiatives across Life and Annuity.

The role spans coordination, stage-gate administration, and executive reporting to drive informed decisions. Ideal candidates bring senior-level collaboration skills, cross-functional project oversight, and experience with

Qualifications

5 years of business analysis, project coordination, or portfolio management experience.
Strong communication and facilitation skills with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to track and manage progress across multiple projects, deliverables, and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Copilot, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, Project, PowerPoint and Excel, and Planview or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Product Development portfolio activities across Life and Annuity projects.
Establish and administer product portfolio schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
Track action items and risks to ensure timely decisions and execution.
Facilitate governance meetings and clear communications across teams and stakeholders.
Prepare executive dashboards, reports and portfolio insights.
