Job summary

Jobgether, a remote-first partner-backed marketplace, seeks a Growth Lead in the United States to drive demand and engagement across creators, communities, and products. You will own the lifecycle email program, optimize SEO-driven discovery, and build scalable growth initiatives with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, analytics, design, and leadership to test ideas, interpret results, and accelerate GMV and transaction volume across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record growing revenue or GMV across multiple channels.
• Experience building lifecycle email programs from scratch with meaningful success metrics.
• Proven ability to acquire email subscribers and boost long-term value.
• Hands-on growth execution including campaigns, pages, creator communication, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for the discovery marketplace across acquisition and conversion channels.
• Design and run an ongoing experimentation program including A/B tests.
• Build end-to-end lifecycle email programs from ground up to convert visitors into buyers.
• Develop and scale organic growth via SEO and discovery optimization.
• Improve creator success by connecting creators with buyers and analyzing traffic.
• Establish comprehensive growth reporting and revenue tracking by creator.
• Analyze performance data and communicate actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, data, design, and exec leadership to define growth priorities.
• Hands-on execution – write emails, build landing pages, engage with creators, and develop reporting.
• Rapidly test new approaches and iterate based on results.
