Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Growth in the United States to own the growth strategy for the new-business customer journey, from acquisition to checkout. You will drive experiments, research, and product analytics to improve conversion and customer experience.

The role collaborates with UX, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and leadership, shaping priorities and delivering AI-enhanced discovery and delivery. Remote-friendly, senior-level insights welcome.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 4+ years in growth PM in B2C environments.
• Proven track record delivering improvements in acquisition, activation, conversion, or journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes for the new-business funnel.
• Develop and refine an experimentation roadmap based on customer insights and data.
• Analyze funnel performance across channels and journey stages with Marketing.
• Lead experiments from hypothesis to measurement with research and prototyping.
• Partner with Engineering on solution design, dependencies, and delivery.
• Monitor post-launch performance and incorporate learnings into decisions.
• Understand customer behavior via quantitative and qualitative research.
• Own and align the UX roadmap with growth priorities.
