Job summary

RxCompass, LLC is seeking a Manager of RxCompass Business Integration to lead the successful implementation and ongoing coordination of RxCompass programs. You will manage the Business Integration team, align withClient Experience, Operations, Analytics, vendors, and clients to meet timelines and ensure seamless transitions into operations.

You will oversee risk identification, reporting, and escalation, while driving process improvements and standardized workflows across programs in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in pharmacy benefits management, healthcare operations, client implementation, project management, business integration, or a related environment preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• PBM, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and integration activities for new and existing RxCompass clients.
• Coordinate client onboarding and integration into RxCompass programs.
• Oversee program-related testing and readiness activities.
• Maintain visibility into implementation status, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Provide leadership across internal and external stakeholders with escalation as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and program delivery.
