Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Manager, Program Management to oversee key client relationships and drive successful implementation of messaging solutions across accounts. You will be the primary contact for day-to-day requests, ensuring alignment with ConnectiveRx end-to-end processes and delivering on Statements of Work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize deliverables across time zones and geographies.
• Experience with RFPs and contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day client contact to ensure excellent execution and delivery of ConnectiveRx solutions.
• Gathers information for RFPs and SOWs and supports renewal processes.
• Coordinates program setup with internal teams and clients; monitors program performance.
• Develops client communications, reports, and invoicing; analyzes data to drive recommendations.
• Contributes to account management strategy and sales/revenue growth initiatives.
