CVS Health is seeking an experienced Implementations Project Lead to direct all aspects of self-funded new business client benefit plan implementations. You will partner with stakeholders to anticipate and address issues, acting as the primary contact for implementation and guiding the project through delivery.

The role demands strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills, plus the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced health-care environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years project management and client-facing experience.
• Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills across various levels of the organization.
• Ability to remain flexible yet focused during stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy while focusing on overall project deliverables.
• Ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Highly organized and able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments with high quality results.
