Job summary

House Rx, Inc. is seeking a Shared Services Project Manager to lead implementation efforts across clinics and partners, driving adoption of specialty medication services.

You will own customer-facing calls, track progress, and coordinate with sales and program teams to overcome blockers while improving credentialing, IT workstreams and related activities. You will engage with clinical operations, pharmacy teams, and IT to streamline processes, resolve issues, and deliver a smooth patient

Qualifications

• Lead implementation projects for clinics and partners.
• Coordinate with sales, program managers, and clinics.
• Manage credentialing, IT workstream, and accreditation tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PMS platforms and claim processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing calls and ensure completion of implementation steps.
• Coordinate with sales and program managers on progress and blockers.
• Drive process efficiencies for credentialing, IT workstream, and related activities.
• Support initiatives and project work.
• Streamline clinic workflows with clinical operations teams.
• Troubleshoot issues with prescription attainment, claims, and billing systems.
• Act as liaison between patient, provider, and operations to resolve issues.
• Lead one primary area (credentialing, legal, accreditation, project management, drug ordering, supply management, IT workstream) and cross-train in another.
