Marsh Agency (MMA) in Nashville seeks a seasoned Business Insurance Client Manager to drive client service, renewals, and new business opportunities across a diverse portfolio. You will collaborate with Client Team and Producers to develop proposals, manage renewals, and deliver value through strategic account management.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of experience, a Property Casualty license, and strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years prior experience in client management or insurance.
• Associates / Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Required.
• Advanced Designation in progress (AAI, CISR, CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU) is a plus.
• Task leadership and ability to prioritize and organize daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains client relationships independently or with Client Team.
• Prepares or reviews materials for client meetings and proposals.
• Provides New Business and Renewal Support including broker letters and renewal submissions.
• Performs renewal analysis, rate and coverage comparisons, and prepares final proposals.
• Executes deliverables communicated by the Client Team and Producer.
• Mentors Account Associates and supports team during high-volume periods.
