Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Business Insurance Sr. Client Manager in the Alpharetta, GA area. The role leads client teams, negotiates renewals, and coordinates cross‑functional resources to deliver strategic insurance programs.

Applicants should be able to commute to the Alpharetta office at least three days weekly. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience, a relevant degree, and professional designations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced designation preferred (CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU).
• Property Casualty license required and current CE obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client teams and direct strategy for renewal and new business.
• Negotiate renewals, prepare proposals, and present to clients.
• Develop client relationships and manage deliverables to meet expectations.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts for losses, claims, and communications.
