Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Digital Banking Portfolio Management Consultant to oversee demand intake and coordination across digital banking teams, architecture groups, and senior stakeholders.

You will partner with digital leads, platform leads, and enterprise partners to map the platform execution roadmap, drive PI planning, and lead high‑impact initiatives while mentoring junior teammates. This role is in‑office, with a 5‑day workweek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–10+ years of experience in Program/Portfolio Management.
• Extensive experience operating and leading in Agile organizations.
• Exceptional meeting management, conflict management, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve unique and complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute the demand intake process with key stakeholders to clearly define ideas for review and prioritization by established decisioning bodies/committees.
• Lead/intake ceremonies and keep leaders and stakeholders updated on progress through reports or other channels.
• Establish and maintain relationships with digital/platform leads, architects, and key stakeholders, and participate in PI planning and platform roadmap development.
• Partner with Portfolio, Digital and Platform Leadership to align intake ideas with priorities (annual/quarterly).
• Engage in continuous improvement by gathering feedback and implementing opportunities with peers and stakeholders.
• May lead moderately complex projects or initiatives; identify and resolve challenges during delivery and execution.
