Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN seeks a Business Development Representative in Mt. Laurel, NJ to drive new business and cultivate strategic customer partnerships for our plastic injection molding capabilities.

The role requires selling end-to-end molding services and leading complex proposals from low to high volume production. The ideal candidate has deep sales experience in complex manufacturing solutions, a network of procurement and engineering contacts, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years sales experience in complex solution selling, contract manufacturing, or sophisticated supply chain solutions.
• Knowledge of or experience in plastic injection molding, tooling development, and resin selection.
• A personal portfolio of contacts and relationships that support the ability to achieve business development goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive new business development and cultivate partnerships.
• Sell plastic injection molding capabilities end-to-end.
• Promote services in cleanroom and traditional environments.
• Take accountability for a revenue target and ensure KPIs are met.
• Negotiate large contracts that protect margins.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to deliver integrated solutions.
• Represent us at industry events, trade shows and key engagements.
