Job summary

C&J Industries Inc is a full-time Sales Representative/Business Development role focusing on injection molded plastics. The position emphasizes developing and maintaining customer relationships, pursuing new business, and advising on plastic solutions.

Travel 35–45% or more is required, with remote, hybrid, or on-site options supported. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of injection molding processes, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Four-year Marketing or Communications degree or 3–5 years related experience
• Knowledge of injection molding processes and plastic solutions
• Experience in Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Packaging markets preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide support and advice on injection molded plastics and assembly manufacturing
• Meet sales targets, present proposals and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Willingness to travel 35–45% or more
