Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 10+ years in mold design/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection mold design, manufacturing, and molding processes.
• Deep understanding of moldability, DFM, tolerances, resin shrinkage, and part specifications.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into manufacturable, high-performing molds.
• Lead technical reviews with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Support mold concept development, gating, runner systems, cooling, and ejection.
• Collaborate across engineering, program management, tooling, and operations to ensure launch readiness.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and change requests for projects.
