The role requires 8–12 years in enterprise sales within fintech/payments, strong executive engagement, and the ability to travel about half the year.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close complex deals.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintechs and engaging executives.
• Strong understanding of digital payments ecosystems and value-based selling.
• Able to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across product, delivery, and legal.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target markets in USA, with strategic account targeting.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure and handover to delivery.
• Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals showcasing Ericsson differentiation.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline and CRM accuracy; coordinate with internal teams to win deals.
