Job summary

Medius is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the North America BDR teams, coaching talent, hiring, and shaping outbound/inbound strategies. The role is US-based, reporting to senior commercial leadership, with a focus on pipeline generation and CRM hygiene.

You will drive performance by managing KPIs, collaborating with Marketing and Sales, and fostering a high-trust culture across regions. Remote work is supported with strong leadership engagement.

Qualifications

• Based in the United States, preferably East Coast time zone.
• 4+ years' experience managing a BDR or SDR team or similar group.
• Strong understanding of outbound and inbound sales development motions.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support the US BDR teams focused on generating qualified pipeline.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop BDRs to ensure high performance.
• Build prospecting strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Track KPIs for outreach volume, conversion, and qualification consistency.
• Run weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
