Job summary

WuXi AppTec is seeking a senior sales leader to drive growth of Toxicology and DMPK offerings across discovery, development, and clinical stages. You will serve as the primary commercial contact for Pharma & Biotech stakeholders, guiding IND/NDA deals, and expanding customer relationships on the East Coast, preferably Boston.

The role requires 5–10 years in key accounts, cross-functional collaboration, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Science fields; MBA, MS, or PhD from Life Science field a plus.
• Travel including international up to 50% as required.
• Experience acquiring and developing key accounts and driving CRO/Pharma revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Source, close and support IND and NDA services deals with Pharma & Biotech clients.
• Identify regional pockets with highest growth potential and execute accordingly.
• Run local marketing and product launch programs with corporate product management and marketing.
• Develop new opportunities and relationships to expand the customer base.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders; manage sales pipeline in Salesforce.
