Job summary

WuXi AppTec Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive regional sales growth in close coordination with WuXi Biology leadership. The role focuses on penetrating key customers and closing growth opportunities through face-to-face engagements.

You will travel to meet clients, collaborate with internal teams, and represent WuXi Biology at events while achieving sales and profit goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 3+ years industrial experience, and at least 1 year in business development preferred.
• CRO experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.

Responsibilities

• Identify key decision makers and develop growth opportunities.
• Prospect daily to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
• Close deals and coordinate with WuXi Biology team to implement solutions.
• Travel as needed to meet customers and conferences.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners and customers.
