Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Business Relationship Manager Senior (BRM Deepening) in Business Banking.

You will manage a portfolio of large business clients, focus on deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to about $15 million, and deepen relationships through proactive financial solutions. You will support branch-based bankers, deliver high-touch client experiences, and collaborate across Wealth Management and Private Bank as needed to meet client goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients’ issues and follow through with commitments
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
• Self-directed, proactive, and capable of navigating ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 80-100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; provide deposits and cash management solutions and underwriting support up to ~$15M
• Deliver an outstanding experience by providing customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs
• Utilize knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to promote solutions that maximize portfolio profitability
• Regularly conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals, and centers of influence to build primary banking relationships
• Coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver appropriate personal financial solutions
