JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of profitable business clients, deepen deposits, and expand product utilization.

The role emphasizes high-touch client service, risk management, and referral-based growth. You will mentor branch-based bankers on sizeable credit deals, coordinate with Wealth/Private Banking, and leverage treasury products to deliver comprehensive financial solutions while maintaining regulatory

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients' issues, own problems on clients' behalf, and follow through with commitments.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done.
• Balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm.

Mansioni

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 80-100 business clients with revenue >$5M; support credit deals up to $15M.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to Chase clients.
• Identify and promote solutions that enhance portfolio profitability using industry knowledge.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients and centers of influence to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals and coordinate with Branch/WM/Private Bank for solutions.
• Utilize treasury knowledge and onboard clients with end-to-end delivery of accounts and services.
• Adhere to risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
