Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate clients' issues, own problems on clients' behalf, and follow through with commitments.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done.
• Balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with annual revenue >$5MM; support branches in sizeable credit deals.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to meet client needs and profitability.
• Identify and promote treasury, cash management, and credit solutions leveraging Chase resources.
• Conduct regular in-person or virtual calls to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank to fulfill personal financial goals for owners.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery of new accounts.
• Maintain risk controls and adhere to regulatory requirements.
