Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services; knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders; proactive client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; support credit deals up to ~$15M.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions; drive deposit growth and cash management adoption.
• Promote risk-aware, compliant banking solutions; partner with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual meetings with clients and centers of influence to grow primary banking relationships.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals; collaborate on personal banking solutions.
• Onboard clients to treasury products; ensure end-to-end delivery and follow-up on additional needs.
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
