Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to help business clients achieve financial goals with access to a wide range of products and solutions.

The role emphasizes building and managing relationships, delivering tailored financial expertise, and collaborating with Treasury Management and Merchant Services to meet client needs. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, with in-office days three or more per week and some remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of local market preferred.
• Ideal candidate resides in the market.
• Able to demonstrate principals of credit risk management.

Responsibilities

• Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting.
• Be the primary advisor for our business clients.
• Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
• Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
• Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
• Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.
