Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 12+ years in Business Banking Relationship Manager or related lending experience.
• Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and Bank policies.
• Ability to coach and mentor other team members.

Responsibilities

• Develops, advises, manages and retains client relationships.
• Business development of new commercial client relationships.
• Develop internal relationships to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients from all areas of the bank.
• Advises clients on financial solutions and strategies.
• Be aware of banking industry and industry specific trends.
• Handle customer service issues by conducting research, taking ownership and following up until conclusion.
