Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field (Required).
• 12+ years in Business Banking Relationship Manager role or related business lending experience.
• In-depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products.
• Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations and other policies.
• Ability to coach and mentor other team members.
• Engage in community relationships and activities for business development.
• Recognize cross-sell and revenue-generating opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develops, advises, manages and retains client relationships.
• Business development of new commercial client relationships.
• Develop internal relationships to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients from all areas of the bank.
• Advises clients on financial solutions and strategies.
