Qualifications

• 12+ Years Business Banking Relationship Manager role and/or related Business lending experience.
• Engage in community relationships and activities for business development.
• In-depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products.
• Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis.
• Superior analytical, consulting and negotiating skills.
• Recognizes cross-sell and revenue generating opportunities.
• Ability to manage existing portfolio.
• Excellent communication, presentation and reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and other Bank operational policies.
• Ability to coach and mentor other team members.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and expand banking relationships of both business and consumer clients.
• Develop internal relationships to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients from all areas of the bank.

• Handle customer service issues by conducting research, taking ownership and following up until conclusion.
