Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Knowledge of deposit and cash management products, and business credit underwriting with commercial credit training.
• Ability to influence others, own problems on clients’ behalf, and follow through with commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 100 business clients with annual revenue >$5 million; provide deposit and cash management solutions and credit opportunities up to ~$15 million.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by providing customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs and circumstances.
• Leverage knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit and risk management to propose solutions that maximize profitability and client value.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual calls with clients and centers of influence to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Understand personal financial goals of owner(s) and partner with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver appropriate personal financial solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products, ensuring end-to-end delivery and follow-up to identify additional opportunities.
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
