Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ BRM or related lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and commercial credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client issues and follow through on commitments.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Self-directed, proactive and creative; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Balance client needs with firm risk and interests.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with >$5M revenue; offer deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with tailored business banking solutions.
• Identify and promote solutions using knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk; leverage market insights.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual calls with clients and centers of influence to cultivate primary relationships.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals and collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products; ensure end-to-end delivery of new accounts and services.
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
