JPMorgan Chase in New York seeks an experienced Senior Business Relationship Manager to deepen relationships with mid-market clients, manage a portfolio of about 100 businesses and drive deposits, cash management and credit solutions.

You will collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver tailored financial strategies, balance client needs with risk controls, and expand primary banking relationships through proactive advisory services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients' issues and follow through with commitments
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsabilités

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 100 business clients with annual revenue >$5 million; provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage business credit opportunities up to ~$15 million
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients by providing comprehensive and customized banking solutions
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote solutions that best serve the client
• Regularly conduct in-person/virtual calls with existing clients, referrals and centers of influence at their places of business
• Understand client personal financial goals and coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver appropriate personal solutions
• Utilize treasury product knowledge and coordinate with product specialists to onboard clients and deliver full suite of services
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements
