Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Relationship Manager Senior to deepen relationships with large business clients and provide financial advice.

You’ll manage a portfolio with annual revenue >$5MM, focusing on deposit acquisition, product deepening, client retention, and referrals to broaden the primary bank share. You will deliver high-touch service, coordinating with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank to tailor solutions, while managing risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending role.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and commercial credit underwriting.
• Proven ability to build relationships and provide financial solutions across client needs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
• Balance client needs with firm risk and profitability considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with revenue >$5M.
• Provide deposit, cash management, and credit solutions up to ~$15M.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and client experience.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls to foster long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end service delivery.
• Uphold risk management protocols and regulatory compliance.
