• Meet or exceed annual production goals.
• Develop marketing plans to increase loan referrals and opportunities.
• Provide on-the-job training to branch staff on business products and services.
• Meet with customers to discuss needs and obtain complete loan packages.
• Analyze business financial information to match bank products.
• Prepare sales reports for management to measure performance.
• Assist branch managers with servicing portfolio and maturing loan management.
