Job summary

S&T Bank is seeking a Regional Manager to develop and retain business across all bank lines in assigned markets. You will interview prospects, analyze financial data, and build a network of referral partners to grow relationships with commercial clients.

You will collaborate with branch managers, travel to client sites, and participate in community activities to promote the bank’s image. A four-year degree in Finance/Accounting and 5+ years of credit/lending experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree or equivalent, plus specialized training.
• Major or area of specialization: Finance/Accounting.
• Requires at least five years of specialized experience in credit/lending.

Responsibilities

• Interviews customers and prospects and prepares documentation to acquire information concerning business needs and earnings.
• Maintains aggressive calling program for new and existing customers.
• Develops and maintains a network of referral professionals such as attorneys, realtors, and other centers of influence.
• Carries out a variety of business development activities to identify bank prospects.
• Travels to client sites and participates in community affairs to promote the bank's image.
