Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with strong business applications background
• Experience overseeing end-to-end lifecycle of business applications
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, design, and UX/UI teams
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform and AI-powered automation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and drive adoption
• Lead optimization of customer service processes using Service Cloud features and automation
• Oversee platform performance, integrations, data quality, security, and compliance
• Measure outcomes and drive platform improvements with KPIs and releases
• Manage multiple business applications and align with senior management
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure buy-in for the vision
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Perform ROI analyses to prioritize investments
