Job summary

EY is seeking a senior business/technology analyst to work with financial services clients across the US. You will transform business problems into technology solutions, guide architecture alignment, and manage implementation plans to improve efficiency and control.

You will lead analytics, data management initiatives, and vendor engagements, mentoring junior staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with progressive experience in defining business and technical requirements.
• 3+ years at a financial services company or advising insurers on P&C lines.
• 2+ years of team leadership through the full technology life cycle.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to translate business problems into technology solutions and risk remediation plans.
• Analyze business requirements for alignment with architecture and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with architects and vendors to select technologies and drive implementation.
• Mentor junior resources and foster an inclusive, high-performance team environment.
