Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Business/Technology Analyst to transform complex business problems into scalable technology solutions for major financial services clients. You will work directly with clients to align requirements with architecture, drive data-driven insights, and lead engagement teams through the technology lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field with 5+ years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience defining business and technical requirements.
• 3+ years of relevant experience at a financial services company or advising property and casualty insurance carriers on personal or commercial lines.
• 2+ years of experience managing and supervising a team of business analysts and technology analysts through all phases of the technology life cycle.
• Previous application experience in Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Support clients' efforts to make business units more effective and efficient through remediation and mitigation of process risk.
• Assist engagement teams through analysis of business requirements for alignment with technology architecture and implementation plans.
• Provide insights from data sources to verify solution meets business requirements and identify new project opportunities.
• Collaborate with diverse client teams; mentor junior resources and foster an innovative, inclusive work environment.
