Job summary

EY is seeking a senior analytics/technology professional to transform business problems into technology solutions for clients. You will work with engagement teams to analyze requirements, align them with architecture, and support vendor selection and implementation planning.

You will provide data-driven insights to verify solutions meet business needs, collaborate with diverse client teams, and mentor junior resources in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience defining business and technical requirements, or a master’s with 3+ years.
• 3+ years in financial services or advising insurers on personal/commercial lines.
• 2+ years leading a team of business/tech analysts through life cycle phases.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.
• Proficiency in requirements definition, architecture design, vendor selection and PMO.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM, BA methodologies, and BA docs.
• Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
