Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years defining business and technical requirements
• Experience in financial services or advising property & casualty carriers
• Experience leading teams through all phases of the technology life cycle
• Proficiency withGuidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, BI/ETL tools

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system architecture designs
• Guide client engagements through architecture design, implementation planning, and vendor selection
• Provide insights from data sources to validate solution effectiveness and identify new opportunities
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with diverse client teams to deliver solutions
