Job summary

EY in the United States is hiring for a senior-level role focused on business and technology analysis within the Financial Services Organization. You’ll translate business needs into technical specifications, guide architecture design, and coordinate with vendors to implement solutions for clients in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance sectors.

The position emphasizes leadership of teams through the full tech lifecycle, with strong communication and strategic thinking to meet client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and experience defining business and technical requirements.
• Experience in financial services advisory to carriers on personal/commercial lines.
• Team leadership across technology life cycle and requirements, architecture, testing.
• Experience with Guidewire or similar insurance software suites.
• Strong skills in requirements definition, architecture design, BI/decision support, PMO.

Responsibilities

• Transform business problems into technology solutions for clients.
• Analyze requirements and align with architecture, infrastructure and vendor plans.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk in client engagements.
• Mentor junior resources and collaborate with diverse teams.
